If you’re looking for a fun and easy way to raise money for your non-profit organization while enjoying a delicious meal with your supporters, read on!

ELIGIBILITY
Non-profit organizations with a Tax I.D. number

MINIMUM LEAD TIME
We host in-store fundraisers on Wednesday nights from 5-9pm. In order to provide you with sufficient time to promote your event, requests must be received 4 weeks prior to the requested fundraiser date. 

DONATION PERCENTAGE
Baja West Coast Kitchen will donate 25% of all sales generated by your supporters during your scheduled event date and time (excluding tax, comps or gift cards). *Minimum $100 donation 

WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL EVENT
Once your event is scheduled, Baja West Coast Kitchen will send a confirmation e-mail along with a flyer to promote your fundraiser. Below are some ideas on how to begin spreading the word.

     • Post the flyer on your organization’s website and social media pages
     • Print copies of the flyer and distribute them to your supporters and their friends and families
     • Reach out to group leaders and get them excited and focused on spreading the word
     • Provide frequent reminders

ADDITIONAL FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
If your organization is not able to support a Fundraiser Event, Baja West Coast Kitchen may recommend smaller partnership opportunities in the form of raffle or auction prizes and in-kind donations.
